Gratitude Project
Gratitude Project
A year or so I got into Gratitude and did a quick little deep dive into a few of the evidence-based research studies around it. One of the things that I thought was interesting was that our minds do better when we pick one thing and think of different reasons we’re thankful for that one thing (vs. 5 things you’re thankful for). As you reflect on a person or part of your life, the deep reflection cultivates a sense of joy and connection and thankfulness within you. So, I thought - how can I help people do this? And I came up with these prompts. And then - I learned that our gratitude increases if we write letters to people telling them why we are thankful for them (vs. just journaling) - and here’s the kicker - you don’t even have to send the letter to get the increased benefits to your brain! Something about imagining saying it to them or writing it to them, helps our brains form even MORE connection and gratitude. But then I thought - wouldn’t it be neat if you coudl just send it to them? So I made these sets of cards, so that once each week you could pick a person and reflect on why you’re thankful for them and then mail it to them if you want!
You can do the monthly set subscription - 4 x month mailed to you before the start of the month! You can cancel any time!
OR - the yearly set - 52 per year mailed before the start of the year! Order here.
**Will be shipped for the upcoming month starting December 2023
